Within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the watch. Delivery charges are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Change of mind
You can exchange an unused watch within 7 days of delivery. It must be in its original box with all tags. You pay the return courier.
Warranty
Every watch has a 1-year warranty on the movement, battery, water damage and manufacturing faults. It does not cover physical damage such as drops, cracks or scratches, glass, strap or bracelet, or misuse.
Refunds
Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the watch. Delivery charges are not refunded.
